In my experience, Mini LED looks better in a well lit common room, and OLED is better for a low-light den or bedroom. Sony Bravia image processing is still the best though.
Thr Sony Bravia 5 is your best bet for sports. Its better than the X90L being newer and mini led and Sony is unmatched in processing and motion handling.
Actually, from what I understand, the Bravia 5 in the 98" size is appreciatably better than its smaller sizes. From the distances you advise, still a good picture what with Sony processing, a good deal. In your position I'd definitely get it.
Sony for sure the upscaling is much better and the 98" Bravia 5 is better than the smaller versions for some reasons it's even different in ratings
