Why not the LG C5? Same price as the S90, great image processing, great for gaming, Dolby vision and its OLED
I know you don’t have it as an option, but take a look at Sony offerings if you can. The Bravia 8 II OLED in my opinion is the best of the bunch for movies and some gaming. Outside of that, the 65” S90F in Europe gets the QD panel - though verify before purchase of course - and that is absolutely superior to the LG C5 offering in virtually every review out
Samsung s90f or lg c5 would be your best options the s90f is better in a light controlled/dark room The lg c5 will probably be a bit better in a bright room But note that lg has Dolby Vision which samsung doesnt and the lg has better upscaling
LG C5 White uniformity issue Hi everyone, I'm looking for some feedback on my new 55" LG C5. I'm noticing a significant pinkish band across the center of the screen, with greenish/cooler hues at the top and bottom. It's quite prominent on-axis and shifts dramatically with vertical movement (height shift). Unfortunately, LG support already hit me with the "within spec/technology characteristic" response, but it's very distracting in real-world content especially during winter/bright scenes (as seen in the attache
Glare and reflections in C5 vs S90F Hello! I recently bought a LG C5 and really enjoy the picture quality. However, the direct reflections and glare during the day are pretty distracting and noticeable. Even at night or with the blinds drawn, I can still see a pretty visible reflection of any light source, even if minor. Since I'm still in the return window, I am considering returning and getting an S90F, since Rtings lists it as having better reflection handling (even at the cost of raised black levels, which I c
When I was considering which model to buy: - c7k is generally good in person, but I saw some blooming Vs lg C5 even in store environment - c8k looked very good, practically no visible blooming (but it still will lack in scenes like star field or you will see some clouding In very dark scenes with a lot of lighter details). Also Vs lg C5 the colour volume was lacking a little bit. - c9k has noticeable better colour volume (I did not see noticeable differences Vs C5) has +80% of dimming zones compared to c8k but sti
I've just bought my first OLED TV, I was stuck between the S90F (WOLED) and the LG C5 both being well reviewed TVs. I ended up settling with the C5 as quality control issues with the Samsung kind of put me off. I do know that the C5 had issues with bad input lag while playing games using HDR, I was wondering if this issue is still persistant as I can't find any other information about it. The TV will be for both gaming and movie watching but I think the main focus would be gaming. If the issue still exists I think
