I am now traveling more for a new job and am struggling to fall or stay asleep at some of the hotels I stay at. I have Bose quietcomfort ultra gen 2 earbuds which I like for the noise cancellation on flights, but they hurt my ears when I lay on my side, I am a side sleeper.
