Well, for months I've been following yall with all kinds of anc headphones, last premium ones i had were XM3s and in the meanwhile sold them and since then I've owned usually budget ones 80\~ euros or such. HDB630 vs Momentum 4 I currently own the Momentum 4 and they're quite good. Maybe you should jump into the open back headphones rabbithole. Momentum 4 are definitely a worthy upgrade but those are closed back headphones, definitely good for Anc and carrying around. But ig you're not worried about carrying them and would probably use headphones at home in quiet environment, maybe consider open back headphones.

I'm the current owner of both the Momentum True Wireless 4 and the Momentum 4 in which I haven't had any issues at all since purchase. However, the main thing with Sennheiser is that the reliability greatly varies from batch to batch. Talk me out of the Sennheiser Momentum 4s. I currently have Sennheiser Momentum 4s, and I haven't had very many issues with them. The sound is excellent, the ANC is sufficient for my needs (gym and somewhat frequent air travel), and the battery life was great. I'm experiencing a problem with the 3.5mm jack on Momentum 4. Hi everyone, I recently bought the Audiocular D07 DAC and connected my Momentum 4 to my iPhone. However, the sound quality is terrible. I don't know why, as it's connected via the 3.5mm cable that comes with the momentum 4, but the sound is not good. When I connected it to Bluetooth, the sound quality improved significantly, and even when I used the Type C cable, the sound was better. Can anyone suggest why this is happening? Noise Control Problem Just got a pair of Momentum 4's. When I turn on Noise Control and use the Custom setting and have it at about 25% into the ANC (or anywhere in ANC for that matter) most of the time I have a slight static or buzzing in the right side. Momentum 4 parts So I purchased my Momentum 4's back in 2024 and more or less from the first few weeks was having the headband fabric freying issue. 2 years later with every day and night use, including sleeping with them on the cushioning has more or less mostly come loose the fabric is no longer tucked under the band and my 3 year old at the time had gotten a hold of them one day and peeled out the inner ear foam. HDB630 vs Momentum 4 I currently own the Momentum 4 and they're quite good. Maybe you should jump into the open back headphones rabbithole. Momentum 4 are definitely a worthy upgrade but those are closed back headphones, definitely good for Anc and carrying around. But ig you're not worried about carrying them and would probably use headphones at home in quiet environment, maybe consider open back headphones.

However, the main thing with Sennheiser is that the reliability greatly varies from batch to batch.
