Alienware x15 I've been battling with dell recently and they claim 98c to 100c is "normal" for the CPU. It got better after I convinced them to replace the heat sink. It's at least not thermal throttling but it holds 98c under light work loads. Has anyone had this issue before? What did you do to fix it? How did Dell respond?
