Depends on your use case tbh. If you're someone who runs his system at max settings most of the time, you will need good cooling and that is possible in 5 pro. The Legion series has been pretty solid in my experience, though I haven't touched the 5070 model specifically. Build quality on the 7i line is usually decent - not the absolute best but definitely not flimsy either 🤔 For the games you mentioned you're probably gonna be more than fine performance-wise, those aren't super demanding titles. Had both brands and honestly the Legion Pro 5 is solid - better build quality and thermals in my experience. Acer's been hit or miss for me, sometimes great sometimes not so much The Legion also tends to have better keyboard feel and the cooling solution is usually more robust. For the same specs I'd lean Legion but check reviews for the specific models since each generation can be different

I'm currently running a Lenovo leigion LOQ 15IAX9I (i5, A530M, 16GB). Yeah ive not got the best specs but my cpu can throttle pretty easily reaching that 100°C limit. I've done some undervolting on the CPU (getting it to -150mV where its full stable, -170mV is pretty unstable) which decreased my temps and increased peformance a little. The reason i think it would be worth getting a cooling pad is becausse I idle 40-50°C but playing games can easily reach 100. What are your thoughts? cooler cooling pad Is it wo
