Context Title: lenovo legion pro 7i 20252026 vs asus zephyrus | Content: If you’re plugged in most of the time, you may want to lean towards the Legion. Zephyrus is great for portability and working on battery, and has some nice luxury features like great speakers and anti-reflective coating, but will fall behind in games of course. 2025 model for both will be significantly cheaper without being too much different, especially on the Legion. The Intel 290HX is the same exact CPU, basically just a bump in clock speed that will likely not be noticeable.
It’s a question of what matters more to you, CPU performance or GPU performance. But u can’t go wrong with either. That being said, the HX3D chip is the fastest, most capable mobile CPU in the market. It will perform exceptionally well but tank battery life. (Although, u can’t get a legion pro 7 and expect good battery life on any spec) The intel CPU is fantastic too but just doesn’t reach the same benchmarks the AMD does. But you get 24 gigs of VRAM as opposed to 16 gigs on the AMD spec. This will future pr
7i is a beautiful sleek laptop and yet it dominates most of the other laptops in performance department. 5 pro is a bulky device, not so beautiful but its thermals are very good. Depends on your use case tbh. If you're someone who runs his system at max settings most of the time, you will need good cooling and that is possible in 5 pro. If i had a budget i would 100% choose legion 7i because I'm not a heavy gamer. Theres not much difference between a 5060 and 5070 8GB. So i think you can save some bucks there
I recently bought a refurbished Legion 7 with RTX 3080 and R9 5900HX online, need some advice Around last week ago I received this cool Gaming Laptop after waiting almost a month for the seller to do the inspection and generate the laptop inspection report and ship it to my place. I agreed with the report results and on to purchase it. So far I did all the basics like double check the conditions, specs, uninstalled any bloatware (which the seller kindly done) and make sure all necessary drivers like the gpu, cpu a
The legion will have better build quality, a better screen(oled) and a more efficient cpu so more battery life. But the legion has less storage, a slightly smaller screen and the cpu is a bit less powerful the the i7 14650hx. If you need the little extra cpu performance then get the Asus Tuf F16, but I would prefer the legion because better build quality an
Yes it's a good price for a Legion, https://gaminglaptop.deals/ There is a vector here but it's 16gb RAM,No OLED. Remaining specs r same for 2100. But the legion has better build quality too.

Got handy with this beast. Legion 5 AMD R7 260, RTX 5060, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd, oled display. Finally, today my Lenovo Legion 5 arrived. No issue with laptop. All specs same, no damage, no hardware issue, no software issue. Played 5 hours valorant on performance mode with highest graphics settings possible and it gave 300+ fps. Every 5 hours of continuous usage, cpu temps were around 50 °C and Gpu temps was around 40 °C. It is a absokutely beast in all aspects of usage like gaming, content consuming ( oled display),
Lenovo cancelling orders? Bit of a random one, but after falling in love with my Legion 9i Pro, I helped my Dad spec out a ThinkCentre M90A Pro - was trying to get him to go legion but he prefers that form factor. Its taken nearly 5 months of the order being "ready for shipping" before Lenovo cancelled it last night, with the same spec still available from the online store for an additonal £1.6k! Anyone had experience with them doing this before or advice about best recourse to get them to honour the sale/price.
Advice on possible reselling I've found the ultimate Legion Pro 7. Price is about 4260 $/3630 €. Reputable electronics store. Honestly, I don't have the money to spend it but would like advice if it's worth buying it to resell. Knowing that it's pretty much under market value. Not trying to get rich here but maybe be able to upgrade myself then through that. Still sitting on an RTX 3050. Legion Pro 7 Legion Pro 7
Don't shop on Amazon for a legion. It's usually cheaper elsewhere. Also the legion is one of very few laptops on the market that has a decent balance of quality across all aspects of the device. Honestly the only "gaming" laptop I've used with better build quality was a G16 zephryus and that was 40% more expensive.
dude everyone say "the lenovo legion is the best gaming laptop" but they're really expensive! here an hp omens with better specs for cheaper and i couldn't find any legion with good specs and acceptable price for me (amazon.de btw) like why? lenovo legion hp omens lenovo legion hp omens
Scored a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i 5080 Intel Hello all, I just bought a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i 5080 with an Intel 275HX. I got it barely used (less than 5 times according to the seller on Ebay) for 2200. This has to have been a solid deal, right? I attempted to get this exact laptop from Lenovo directly via a quote from their sales reps and got quoted for just under $3,000 USD. I also was looking at the 9950hx3d model as I know that is just better for gaming but it's just waaaaay too expensive for what it is. Anyway
Laptop died overnight despite being 100% I got my Lenovo legion 7i laptop recently from best buy open box for a good deal with no obvious physical damages. I'm not sure what happened but I unplugged my laptop last night and it was 100%. I closed it and didn't use it but when I woke up, I see the laptop lost nearly all of its battery leaving just 5%? Is there anything I can do to prevent this or is this just a faulty laptop lenovo legion 7i lenovo legion 7i

Lenovo legion pro 7i (gen10) I have a lenovo legion pro 7i (gen 10). I have updated to the latest march bios from the lenovo website. I have updated to the latest march nvidia graphics driver via the nvidia app. I have had no issues. Have a nice day. Some advice for a rookie So a couple of weeks ago I ordered Lenovo Legion 5 I am a student and I love to play games, I want to optimize it for long battery backup since I only play games when I plug in and also I want suggestions on how to prevent screen burn out and other similar kinds of stuff I do not know much about these. Best option to trade in or sell to purchase new legion? Anyone have any experience with this; well taken care of, about 15 months old. 32gb ram 4070 intel i9. I've only had my Legion Pro 5 for a couple weeks now but I haven't had a single issue with it. Runs very smooth, thermals are great, etc., etc., etc. My rig isn't identical to your proposed unit though - Ryzen 7 8745, 5060 GPU, 32gb RAM, 1TB SSD (though I've already added a second SSD).
Legion's the premium line so you get better build quality and cooling which matters for longevity. LOQ is their budget gaming brand - still decent but corners get cut on materials and thermals If you're just casual gaming the LOQ will do fine but if you're pushing AAA titles regularly the Legion will handle it better long term
Which one would you pick guys? So, I have the Asus ROG Ally Z1E fully modded (JSAUX battery 65Wh, 1TB SSD, Dbrand killswitch case), and now I'm hesitating about getting a new handheld. I like both the XBOX Ally X (the best ergonomics, 80Wh battery, 7" LCD) and the Lenovo Legion Go 2 (8.8" OLED, 74Wh, detachable controllers). I would love to have a mix of the two (8" OLED with the ergonomics of the XAX), but it doesn't exist. I watched different Youtube videos comparing both, but I cannot make a decision. What do y
Legion Go S Z1 extreme 32gb windows or Xbox ROG Ally X? Hello, I am hoping someone can help me decide. I would love to have a legion go 2 but given they are out of stock everywhere, I recently got an Xbox ROG Ally X. However, now I'm considering if i made the wrong choice as I had issues with it already and have had to return it twice (once for a scratch and again for it not charging/powering on). I found a Legion Go S Z1 extreme windows at my Micro Center and BestBuy for $979 or $832 open box and am wondering if
Im quite surprised with the legion being overpriced. I have been working as a technician and laptop repairs for years now, and I have to say Legion is really is the best interms of durability and components quality (they really think a lot about longevity) but my own laptop is a Rog zephyrus G14 with rtx 4080, and its been running great overall. And considering the price, you pay less for extra 50% gpu performance, 50% extra VRAM, as well as top high end spec as well. Interms of durability, I would say Zephyrus
Best performance boost I've seen - Legion 5 15IAH7H 3070Ti Yesterday I've had some time off and I thought it was time to clean the fans. I used a can of compressed air and some brush I bought from the hardware store and gave it a 10 minute clean. Every game I played had 2X performance boost! The most noticeable ones were: BF6 - Before ran at 70-90fps, all settings on low with FSR on performance playing at 1440p. Now runs a 160-190fps on the same settings without FSR CS2 - Before ran at 60-70fps, no matter what
Sold my Legion 7i Gen 10 5070 So sad but I got laid off and I had to do what I had to do. I read a lot here and elsewhere about future proofing with at least the 5070ti or the 5080 and I tend to agree but I loved the 5070. Best laptop I ever owned. The OLED was fantastic. I never had a single issue. I only owned it five months but it was great. I'll be back someday. For certain. Legion 7i Gen 10 Legion 7i Gen 10
Advice on which to buy, but considering the Lenovo Legion Go S (steam os version) My fiance wants to buy me a present. The budget is $600. Thermal throttle? Hey guys just got a Lenovo legion 7i pro a month ago love it and I downloaded everything from videos that showed how too set it up. I used the Nvidia overlay to see temps and I mostly play fighting games so on that front everything look good but I just started playing mgs3 delta and silent hill 2 remake. Legion 9 Cooling Pad? Hello friends, I just got my legion 9 ultra 9 275HX 5090 64gb ram yesterday. I've heard that this Gen of legion pro 7 and legion 9 don't really like cooling pads and function best on a flat tanle/surface. However, most of my laptop use is on my bed and since I don't want it sucking up all the dust and debris in the world (like my previous msi ge66 raider did), I am asking around to see if anyone has a rather positive experience with them and what the thermals were. So I missed out on the refurbished legion 5070ti I wanted is it worth just getting the 5070 at Best Buy and walking out with a new laptop in hand then and there? I wanted to get the 5070ti version as more of a future proofing option because of the extra vram it has but couldn't I also just lower resolution or shadowing in newer more demanding games to lower the vram usage with the 5070? Ignoring the price difference as well cuz I'd find a price match for Best Buy for cheaper for the 5070. legion 5070ti 5070 So

The Legion series has been pretty solid in my experience, though I haven't touched the 5070 model specifically. Build quality on the 7i line is usually decent - not the absolute best but definitely not flimsy either 🤔 For the games you mentioned you're probably gonna be more than fine performance-wise, those aren't super demanding titles. The OLED display might actually be overkill for strategy games but hey, everything's gonna look crisp 😂 I'd maybe check some reviews on the thermals though since that's w
Had both brands and honestly the Legion Pro 5 is solid - better build quality and thermals in my experience. Acer's been hit or miss for me, sometimes great sometimes not so much The Legion also tends to have better keyboard feel and the cooling solution is usually more robust. For the same specs I'd lean Legion but check reviews for the specific models since each generation can be different

Hi, I’m deciding between these two laptops and would like some advice. Use case: gaming, 2D/3D graphics, video editing, and some Unity projects. Portability isn’t important (desk/couch use), but I really like the ROG Zephyrus G14 design and form factor. However, I’ve read mixed opinions about its thermals and long-term reliability, which matters to me since I want to keep this laptop for 5–6 years. The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i is cheaper and seems more reliable with better cooling, but I like the design less, and I’

I bought a Lenovo Legion, my brother got a Victus. His Victus had severe hardware failure within just 3 weeks and constant memory issues. Given that experience, I'd go Lenovo all the way! I've always had a good experience with their laptops. He now has a Lenovo LOQ and it's been fantastic.

I seriously don't like my laptop at all. Is my 2021 Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H dying? Crashes with "Driver power state failure" Just looking for a poke in the right direction. My 16ACH6H has crashed a few times in the last month with a "driver power state failure." So far it's mostly done it while I'm in the middle of working on it, not when I'm waking it from sleep or anything like that. I've read about a lot of hardware failures with this model, is this one likely circling the drain? Or do I need to start hunting down driver issues, updating BIOS, etc...?
Generally, it is not a good idea to buy Legion 2021 (R7 5800H, R5 5600H) due to their motherboard problems. Many users who still have them working are selling them so that they don't suddenly stop working without the option to sell them anymore. I don't know how widespread this problem is, but typically this 2021 model has these issues. Victus, and HP in g

Verdict over overheating For context, I've got a Lenovo Legion 5irx10 with Intel Core i9 14900HX and NVIDIA 5070. I've had quite a lot of overheating issues after buying it in late January and so contacted Lenovo about it (I got a 3 year warranty) and it all came down to today when the technician came back to take a look at the laptop a second time (For the first time they replaced the main motherboard then reapplied the thermal paste), which I requested for because the temperatures didn't look like it changed muc
RAM upgrade for Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 Intel with RTX 5080? Hi all, I recently got this laptop for 3D scanning and CAD when I need to work on something that I can't bring back to my usual workstation. I wish I had gotten one with more RAM as I'm able to max 32GB out pretty quick doing what I'm doing. These are the only spec I see for this laptop: Memory - 32 GB DDR5-6400MT/s (CSODIMM)(2 x 16 GB) Any advice on the best path to upgrade this to at least 64GB? Legion 5 15IRX10 repasting Hey guys, I use the Legion 5 15IRX10 feat the i9-14900HX and RTX 5070 with 32GB of ddr5-5600. I recently had to remove the heatsink to clean the dust on the fans and I don't know if I have to repaste the cpu and gpu. I recently discovered that on quiet I get quite high temps on idle, around 70C. Do I need to repaste the cpu? If so, would it be possible if anyone recommend a good thermal paste/pad and link on amazon? Legion 5 15IRX10 Legion 5 15IRX10

Lenovo is sending me a 5070ti pro 7i for free I still can't believe it. I bought my legion 7i 3070 (not pro or ti) in 2022, and after daily use throughout those years I've had to send it in for repair 5 times, all under warranty. Usually took a week or so including shipping time to get it back to me. This time they were out of the part and it's been 30+ days so they offered me a refund or a replacement. I don't want to buy a new one. I think I can charge my laptop with a usb c cord, but I haven't been able to find any usb c chargers with a 300w adapter. The original charger is a 300w with a slim tip. Doe
Legion 9i non glare screen recommendation Hello all, I purchased a 7i gen 10 a while back for onsite PLC/automation programming and commissioning. Loved it. So I decided to upgrade to 9i for the bigger screen which should arrive at the door step in 2 to 3 weeks. The only thing that I find a bit frustrating is while commissioning sometimes the environment brightness gets too bright and reflection from the light source is tad annoying. Is there any kind of matt screen protector or anti-glare films that you use and
Lenovo Legion 5 Pro Low Fan RPM on Balanced Mode Hello, I would like to confirm whether this behavior is normal. I am using a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, and in Balanced mode the fans remain unusually quiet under load. As a result, temperatures spike significantly, reaching up to 100 °C. When I select Performance mode, the fans get louder as expected, but it unnecessarily pushing the system too much, which is why I want to avoid that option. GPU temps are OK in both modes, howering around 80 °C. Is this expected behavi
Legion 5 Pro 16IAH7H vibration My Legion 5 Pro 16IAH7H laptop is vibrating when I'm using it. I've opened it up and done my best to clean the fans; not very dusty, but it appears there's 1 small strand of hair underneath the left fan. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the rattling, or if the fans themselves are the issue. I'm VERY technologically challenged, any idea on how I can fix this??
I seriously don't like my laptop at all. Legion 5 Pro 2021 * Build quality is not decent. * Thermals issue if you dont clean your laptop every month. * 5 and 6 and F2 keys stopped working, only works if i press some other key(sometimes btw). * Fans died, making noises or sometimes js doesnt work. * Has a weird lag everytime periodically (probably an issue with AMD laptops). * Gave up on gaming (i shouldnt say this is laptop's problem, more related to how modern gaming sucks). * Temporarily Screen Ghosting on
7i is a beautiful sleek laptop and yet it dominates most of the other laptops in performance department.

Lenovo cancelling orders? Bit of a random one, but after falling in love with my Legion 9i Pro, I helped my Dad spec out a ThinkCentre M90A Pro - was trying to get him to go legion but he prefers that form factor. Anyone know specifics of what's compatible with this? Any
Legion 5 15IRX10 repasting Hey guys, I use the Legion 5 15IRX10 feat the i9-14900HX and RTX 5070 with 32GB of ddr5-5600.
I found a Legion Go S Z1 extreme windows at my Micro Center and BestBuy for $979 or $832 open box and am wondering if
Mind that the chinese variants of legions despite being cheaper they have smaller batteries (60wh) and yeah that's a great price when converted and accounted to customs and such, yeah.

Lucky you! I got a defective Legion Pro 7 2025. I had the motherboard replaced under warranty, but the authorized service center messed up the laptop's geometry, and Lenovo refuses to address the issue.
I thought maybe I'll get a refurbished 4070. Nope, they offered a brand new Legion Pro 7i 5070ti with the ultr
Legion 5 15ARH7H Charger I've had my laptop since Dec 2022, and I'm now having the dreaded charging port issue where my laptop isn't charging. I've been able to get by for the past couple of months by wiggling the charging cord around, but now I just can't get a connection. Everything else on my laptop is fine! I don't want to buy a new one. I think I can charge my laptop with a usb c cord, but I haven't been able to find any usb c chargers with a 300w adapter. The original charger is a 300w with a slim tip. Doe
Advice on which to buy, but considering the Lenovo Legion Go S (steam os version) My fiance wants to buy me a present. The budget is $600. I've looked online and done my research but still can't make up my mind. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices Lenovo and Asus offer. The one handheld I seem to like the best is the base Lenovo Legion Go S (the Steam os version). What would be an Asus equivalent so that I can compare? And what's your general opinion of that handheld? I also thought about possibly buying a
Legion 9i non glare screen recommendation Hello all, I purchased a 7i gen 10 a while back for onsite PLC/automation programming and commissioning.

The temps for the GPU jumped real high too around steady 98 degrees and I noticed the fans are a lot louder. The game runs fine, I didn't notice anything abnormal but I found out that those temps

Its years past the warranty and don't know what do do, I don't want to take it into a shop to fix. Legion 5 Pro 16IAH7H

I'm currently running a Lenovo leigion LOQ 15IAX9I (i5, A530M, 16GB). Yeah ive not got the best specs but my cpu can throttle pretty easily reaching that 100°C limit. I've done some undervolting on the CPU (getting it to -150mV where its full stable, -170mV is pretty unstable) which decreased my temps and increased peformance a little. The reason i think it would be worth getting a cooling pad is becausse I idle 40-50°C but playing games can easily reach 100. What are your thoughts? cooler cooling pad Is it wo

The Lenovo Legion Pro 5i is cheaper and seems more reliable with better cooling, but I like the design less, and I’
Since you are going to need powerful CPU and GPU for both video editing and gaming, I would recommend this **[Lenovo Legion Pro 7i](https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Legion-Pro-7i-GamePass/dp/B0FRNC2NG9/?tag=lonerim2-20)** because of the following: **Specs:** * Screen: 16" WQXGA * CPU: Intel Core Ultra 7 255HX * GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 ti * Ram: 32GB RAM * Storage: 1TB SSD. **Why I am recommending it:** * Great heat management which is the main concern to have with most high end gaming laptops. * Premium
Since you are going to need powerful CPU and GPU for rendering, CAD and gaming, I would recommend this **[Lenovo Legion Pro 5](https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-Legion-GeForce-Windows-Eclipse/dp/B0FGGBBYK7/?tag=lonerim2-20)** because of the following: **Specs:** * Screen: 15.1\" OLED * CPU: Ryzen 9 8945HX * RAM: 32GB DDR5 * GPU: RTX 5070 8GB * Storage: 1TB SSD * Good heat management.
dont even look at acer or msi. both are garbage with poor build quality, shit thermals and low powered gpu or powersuply. Go lenovo legion if u want oled its best value. loq its also a nice, if too expensive asus rog will be decent
