Nbc Philly is pretty bad, I personally think it's better than tnt because I notice stutters more often there. Nbc/peacock kinda stinks on our Sony tvs, I used a Roku for the super bowl and it looked much better than the YouTube broadcast. I have a Sony oled TV and have the same problems more or less, I kinda either live with it or use an external box to get better image quality. The nbc Philly station is just soft for some reason though, so it's not you or any of your equipment. Hopefully this helps ease your mind
